5. INSURANCE .

Prior to the 40% payment here in Africa or europe, you would inspect the product and also you would be allowed to pick some samples for assay at the government approved International laboratory. The product would later be weighed and deposited back to the bonded wharehouse or to the bank for safe keeping in the presence of the buyer and the seller or any appointed agent of the buyer or seller, until the completion of the required documents for shipping the product.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT LETTER OF CREDIT.

We or our appointed representative shall accompany you and the product to your final distination and monitor further inspection of the assay process that will be carried out in the country where the product shall be shipped to. After you must have been satisfied with the product, the remaining 60% shall be paid to us or our appointed representative. If need be you shall assist us to purchase needed plant machinery and mining equipment with the remaning 60% for projection and expansion of our small minning site. We can also go into a joint venture if you are interested. Your quick and favourable response would be appreciated.
